Running back here so I can read all these amazing entries! Is there room for a Nigerian diaspora perspective at all?

Hi Sayo, we can’t wait to read the entries too! We’re making a print magazine with the entries and won’t be publishing them here, though. Your comment made me realise we only included that on the poster, not in the body of the call for submissions. So, thank you for leaving this comment and question. I’ve included that now. On the room for diaspora perspective: we’re accepting only 8 entries for this issue and are interested in perspectives from people who live in Nigeria and Ghana, and in their relationships with the church, style, and the fashion industry in these countries. It’s our first issue and test magazine; we’re learning a lot from this, and a narrow geographical scope is a great way for us to build a solid framework for how the magazine will run yearly. In future issues and themes, and as we grow editorially, we’ll expand the magazine's scope to include diaspora perspectives and more African countries 🩵
